About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our scheduling department, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and updating work schedules for our frontline employees in the Calgary branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Client Service Managers to strategically plan schedules and ensure accurate client and worksite information
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments regarding vacation requests, shift pick-ups, and last-minute book-offs
  • Capture and report statistics related to overtime usage, developing strategies to minimize it
  • Conduct audits to maintain accuracy of all entries in the scheduling software (WinTeam)
  • Track and report instances where corrective actions are needed, such as breach of company policy
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (Post-Secondary education is an asset)
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with strong time-management skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week
  • Knowledge of, or experience with scheduling or scheduling software is an asset

We are currently hiring casual roles, and you will be contacted to pick up shifts when additional coverage is needed in our Scheduling Department.
