About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Manager with B2C and e-commerce expertise to shape and amplify our brand in the competitive insurance landscape. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll report to our VP of Marketing and be responsible for:
- Developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and e-commerce sales
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to create cohesive brand messaging and experiences
- Leading the ideation and execution of innovative B2C brand campaigns
- Measuring brand perception and developing detailed customer personas through qualitative and quantitative research
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of brand management experience with a strong focus on B2C marketing
- A creative thinker with a passion for brand building and a willingness to take risks
- Experience providing creative direction and establishing brand guidelines
- Demonstrated success in leading impactful B2C brand campaigns
