As a Senior Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for owning Zensurance's brand identity, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels. You'll analyze market trends and leverage insights to inform brand strategies and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and e-commerce sales.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop a unified brand messaging strategy.
  • Lead the ideation and execution of innovative B2C brand campaigns.
  • Measure brand perception and develop detailed customer personas through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Define and articulate the brand's core values, mission, and strategic vision.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of brand management experience, with a strong focus on B2C marketing.
  • Ability to experiment, measure, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience providing creative direction and establishing brand guidelines.
  • Demonstrated success in leading impactful B2C brand campaigns.
