Zensurance is a leading InsurTech company that is revolutionizing the commercial insurance market. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our team and help shape our brand in the competitive insurance landscape.

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with our marketing, UX, and external partners to bring our brand to life and create engaging experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awareness
  • Work closely with marketing, UX, and external partners to bring our brand to life
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a unified brand messaging strategy
  • Lead the ideation and execution of innovative B2C brand campaigns
  • Measure brand perception and develop detailed customer personas through qualitative and quantitative research

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of brand management experience, with a strong focus on B2C marketing
  • Ability to experiment, measure, analyze data, and derive actionable insights
  • Experience providing creative direction and establishing brand guidelines
  • Demonstrated success in leading impactful B2C brand campaigns
