We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our scientific community, you will serve as a trusted resource for Canadian experts in Hematology and related disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health sciences, with 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic experience in Oncology/Hematology. Alternatively, a Master's degree in healthcare or a professional designation with 5+ years of experience in Oncology/Hematology will be considered.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with the scientific community
  • Providing deep and advanced disease state and product information to external customers
  • Facilitating the work of scientific experts and connecting them with other Lilly resources
  • Effectively communicating with scientific experts and thought leaders
  • Continually enhancing scientific knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest research and literature

As a Medical Science Liaison, you will be responsible for interfacing with internal business partners, such as Clinical Research Physicians, Medical Information Associates, and Marketing teams. You will also report clinical insights and unanswered customer questions to the medical and brand teams.

  • Intellectual curiosity and intelligence about the field of Oncology/Hematology
  • Ability to critically appraise scientific information and literature
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Experience in professional networking and building strong relationships with external customers
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
