About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead our Hematology team at Lilly Canada.

This is a unique opportunity to drive the development and implementation of our Hematology vision and strategy, working closely with global and local cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Hematology vision and strategy for Lilly Canada
  • Inform and support commercial shifts necessary to deliver on Hematology strategy
  • Gain deep customer insights to inform brand strategy
  • Lead customer planning, business planning, and operational planning processes
  • Partner with Global and IBU teams for strategy alignment and resource optimization
  • Drive launch preparation partnership process with cross-functional teams
  • Manage commercial brand budget for pre and post-launch activities
Requirements
  • University degree
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with brand management and launch experience an asset
  • Extensive omnichannel marketing experience
  • Teamwork and leadership skills, with ability to partner and engage others
  • Experimentation and risk-taking skills, with proven track record of pursuing non-conventional ways to meet customer needs
  • Learning agility and high comfort with change in a high-stakes environment
  • Project management skills, with ability to manage detailed and complex projects
  • Business acumen skills, with budget management and strategic trade-offs
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
