About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at Jai Ganesh and Jalaram Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our motel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures

The Motel Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that all staff are aware of and adhere to these guidelines.

Supervise Staff

The Motel Manager will supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.

Conduct Performance Reviews

The Motel Manager will conduct regular performance reviews with staff members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.

Implement Marketing Activities

The Motel Manager will be responsible for implementing marketing activities to promote the motel and attract new customers.

Address Customer Complaints

The Motel Manager will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Establish Work Schedules

The Motel Manager will establish work schedules for staff members, ensuring that the motel is adequately staffed at all times.

Requirements
  • Education

A College or CEGEP education is required for this role.

Experience

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

The Motel Manager will be required to communicate in English.
