About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Manager to join our team at Jai Ganesh and Jalaram Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Supervise and lead a team of 3-4 staff members to achieve excellent customer service and hotel standards
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback
  • Design and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Flexibility and a team player attitude
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
