The Motel Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that all staff members are aware of and adhere to these guidelines.
Supervise StaffThe Motel Manager will supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities and performing at a high level.
Conduct Performance ReviewsThe Motel Manager will conduct regular performance reviews with staff members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
Implement Marketing ActivitiesThe Motel Manager will be responsible for implementing marketing activities to promote the motel and attract new customers.
Address Customer ComplaintsThe Motel Manager will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Establish Work SchedulesThe Motel Manager will establish work schedules for staff members, ensuring that the motel is adequately staffed at all times.
Requirements- Education
A college or CEGEP diploma is required for this position.
ExperienceThe successful candidate will have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageThe language of work is English.
Work HoursThe work hours are 35 hours per week.
