About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide constructive feedback.
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise a team of 16-20 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Utilize MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage restaurant operations and maintain accurate records.
    • Operate a point of sale system to process transactions and manage inventory.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
    • Stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet sales targets.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Experience
    • Have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
    • Be willing to relocate for this position.
