About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at AKSHAY INTERPRISE CORP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling

Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.

Work Planning and Execution

Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Leadership and Supervision

Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Problem-Solving and Quality Assurance

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Guest Services

Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.

Staff Management

Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, as well as hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.

Facilities Management

Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity.

Supply Chain Management

Requisition materials and supplies as needed.

Standing for extended periods and working in a dynamic environment.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
