Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CHANDEL FARMS LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Administrative Support: Open and distribute mail and other materials, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and messages.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on administrative tasks and team support.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
