Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CHANDEL FARMS LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Administrative Support: Open and distribute mail and other materials, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and messages.
- Office Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on administrative tasks and team support.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
