- Departmental Leadership: Authorize and organize the creation of major departments and appoint senior staff members.
- Coordination: Oversee the collaboration among various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure cohesive operations.
- Objective Setting: Define organizational objectives and either formulate or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
- Representation: Act as the face of the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
- Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with the necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
- Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls; design and approve promotional strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a similar role.
- Employment Duration: Permanent
- Working Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
