  • Coordination: Oversee the collaboration among various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Objective Setting: Define organizational objectives and either formulate or endorse policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Representation: Act as the face of the organization in negotiations or delegate representatives for official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; empower them with the necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls; design and approve promotional strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 to less than 3 years in a similar role.
