Key Responsibilities

As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on strategizing and nurturing relationships with our clientele, ensuring the effective promotion and sales of Cosentino products. Your role will encompass:

Sales:

• Cultivating and sustaining comprehensive product knowledge to effectively present to clients.

• Showcasing and marketing our offerings to both existing and prospective clients in sectors such as remodeling, home improvement, cabinetry, construction, and fabrication.

• Overseeing the overall sales performance within your designated territory.

Customer Engagement:

• Providing clients with necessary marketing resources to bolster sales, including samples, brochures, and display materials.

• Managing client interactions by addressing concerns, ensuring proper setup in the CRM system, delivering price estimates, and scheduling regular visits.

• Enhancing market presence by increasing the number of displays and promotional materials in your territory.

Market Analysis:

• Formulating action plans to identify specific targets and estimate the number of contacts required.

• Collaborating with corporate staff, center personnel, and fellow Account Managers to achieve objectives.

• Partnering with the General Manager and Sales Team to implement business strategies across various customer segments.

Qualifications for Success

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years in sales or field merchandising.

• At least 2 years of demonstrated ability to engage with multiple levels within commercial industry projects.

Knowledge:

• Familiarity with customer databases; experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Background in stone fabrication or distribution is advantageous.

Educational Background:

• Required: High School diploma or GED.

• Desired: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline.
