Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding and training new merchants.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Resolve merchant issues and escalate complex cases as necessary.
  • Utilize internal systems to serve customers efficiently.
  • Educate clients on our products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Complete required training to enhance skills.

Who You Are:

  • A professional with 6-12 months of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in both French and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
