Position Overview: We are looking for two enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Support Specialists fluent in Hungarian and English to join our dynamic eCommerce team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and Viber.
  • Managing customer correspondence related to product details, payment methods, checkout assistance, shipping updates, and inventory status.
  • Delivering timely and precise responses to customer questions.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by surpassing expectations.
  • Escalating complex customer issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Updating and maintaining customer information in our CRM platform.
  • Tracking customer feedback and complaints to identify patterns and enhance service quality.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proficient in both Hungarian and English (written and spoken).
  • At least one year of experience in a Customer Service role or a similar position.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong multitasking and task prioritization skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • Experience in the eCommerce sector or online retail is a plus.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.

Working Hours: Our client aims to provide coverage from 9 AM to 9 PM CET, Monday through Sunday. Agents are expected to work 12-hour shifts, with a maximum of four days per week (one day on, followed by one day off).
