About The Opportunity

The Department of Cyber Security and Digital Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead the Land Registry Modernization initiative. This is a full-scale transformation project that involves modernizing the process and technology foundations of the Land Programs function and moving to new business processes and models for service delivery.

The successful candidate will be accountable for the quality of all digital solution service areas and multiple products supporting Land Programs. They will lead a team of managers, developers, business analysts, and other experts to deliver quality services to our partner department and extensive client stakeholder groups.

Primary Accountabilities

The Project Director will be responsible for:

  • Coaching, inspiring, and educating colleagues about the opportunities of digital products
  • Building collaborative high-performing teams that can apply and scale internet-era and client-centric ways of working
  • Developing team capability and upskilling them to deliver client-centered, solution-based products
  • Exhibiting political acumen in managing and communicating with multiple stakeholders and partners

The ideal candidate will have a relevant undergraduate university degree and significant senior leadership experience, as well as product management experience and training. They will also have experience in user-centered and product development and management approaches, complex multi-dimensional organization with varied needs for technology solutions, and internet-era practices.
