Job Summary:
">We are looking for a seasoned Senior Director of Property Management to oversee our diverse property portfolio, drive operational efficiency, and maximize asset value. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying market trends, areas for growth, and new business models to position the company as a leader in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations of the real estate holdings, and capital projects related to property enhancement.">
- Conduct regular property assessments and performance reviews, implementing improvements as needed to ensure KPIs are achieved.">
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring effective cost control and revenue maximization.">
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner companies, suppliers, real estate professionals, and local business leaders.">
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry developments that could impact the business.">
- Set revenue and profitability targets, track performance, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.">
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership on Property Management initiatives, such as financial projections, project status updates, employee engagement plans, and market insight.">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

- At least 5 years of experience in property management, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the real estate sector.">
- A strong track record of driving business growth, closing high-value deals, and building strategic partnerships.">
- A deep expertise in both residential and commercial real estate markets—including development, leasing, and investment—is essential, along with advanced financial acumen.">

Compensation:
">The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
