The Opportunity

The RESP team at IG Wealth Management is seeking a committed Coordinator to join our ranks. The Process Management & Administration unit provides essential administrative and servicing support across various business lines, including Mortgages, Insurance, IGFS, IGFS Nominee, and IGSI, while also offering administrative processing and servicing assistance to IGM clients, the Consultant Network, Planning Specialists, Regional Offices, and other areas.

As a Coordinator, you will have the chance to excel in your role by:

  • Delivering exceptional service to both external and internal clients. You will manage client accounts and servicing activities in both English and French, interpreting and analyzing documentation for the processing of various registered and non-registered investment products, ensuring that requests are fulfilled in accordance with IG Wealth Management's policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Creating seamless experiences for our clients. You will provide support to internal departments and external clients for all incoming client requests, applying your business acumen and fostering a client-focused mindset.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization collaboratively. You will work alongside internal business partners to enhance business processes continuously.

To thrive in this position, you will possess:

  • Financial industry experience: 1-2 years of experience in the financial sector, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Familiarity with back-office data processes, procedures, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Fundserv, PlatformZero, TreX, SAS, and RBroker operating systems is preferred.
  • Relationship management skills: The ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with your teams, peers, and business partners across the organization, both in-person and virtually. A high level of engagement, professionalism, and a strong customer orientation are essential.
  • Results-oriented mindset: Detail-oriented with robust decision-making and problem-solving abilities. A passion for self-development and continuous learning is vital.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities: The ability to solve problems and make decisions while considering regulatory environments.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
  • Planning and organizational skills: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to frequently changing priorities, are crucial.
  • Educational background: Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field. Industry-related courses, such as CSC and IFC, are advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability: Candidates must be available to work shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime during weekdays and weekends. This is a hybrid role, and in-office expectations will evolve based on business needs.
