• Fields calls from customers and team members, building rapport and providing excellent customer service.
• Oversees office administrative operations, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Creates and implements office systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Problem-solves and helps team members find solutions to complex issues.
• Improves the community by serving others and providing exceptional customer service.
• Learns new things about construction and building homes, staying up-to-date on industry trends.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
