Group Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Administration Specialist to join our team at Equitable. As a key member of our Group Claims and Admin Management department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to plan administrators and advisors, ensuring a seamless benefits experience for their members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding client service via phone and written correspondence
  • Update and validate plan member and plan sponsor information
  • Assist plan members and plan sponsors with account activations
  • Administer pay direct drug cards, including problem-solving and utilizing provider software
  • Terminate and reinstate plan members, divisions, and group contracts to ensure eligible claims are paid
  • Support other Group departments by assessing and confirming member eligibility
  • Request medical evidence of insurability when necessary
  • Interpret system audit reports and take corrective action when required
