**Job Summary:**

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Group Administration Specialist to provide exceptional client service and administrative support to our plan administrators and advisors. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our group claims and administration management department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent client service via phone and written correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Update and validate plan member and plan sponsor information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist plan members and plan sponsors with account activations, terminations, and reinstatements, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to services.
  • Administer pay direct drug cards, including problem-solving and utilizing provider software to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Terminate and reinstate plan members, divisions, and group contracts, ensuring only eligible claims are paid and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to other applicable Group departments by assessing and confirming member eligibility, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.
  • Request medical evidence of insurability when necessary, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate processing of claims.
  • Interpret system audit reports and take corrective action when required, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
