About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Richmond Pizza Inc. as a Kitchen Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the high standards of our customers and the company.

Staff Supervision

Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in kitchen operations and staff management.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
