About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wheel King Transhaul Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Screening and Hiring: Assist in the screening and hiring process, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and verifying references.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer our benefits program, including dental, disability, health care, and vision care benefits.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with financial administration, including processing payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Other Duties: Perform other administrative duties as required, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate for this position.
  • Residency: Current residency in proximity to the advertised location.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Education Level: Highest level of study completed.
