Job Title: Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team at IMP Aerostructures. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from customers, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Provide information to customers regarding our products and services, including pricing, features, and benefits.
  • Arrange for billing and refunds as necessary, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics, including customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or aerospace industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
