Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons - 104501. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
- Operations and Administration
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant data.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock and repairs.
- Team Management
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
