Global Supply Chain Technology Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Technology Transformation Supply Chain initiative. As a key member of our Global Technology team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of transformative technologies to enable business initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with global Supply Chain business leaders to enable the realization of our strategy and drive supply chain transformation.
- Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, transportation, and order management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver simple and elegant solutions that delight our users.
- Manage a team of Delivery Leads and work closely with Product Owners to extrapolate the capability roadmap into executable features.
- Report to the Director, Global Supply Chain Technology.
- 10+ years of highly relevant experience in the CPG or adjacent industry, holding progressive roles.
- Requisite supply chain technology experience within an SAP ERP Environment.
- Experience working within a Global organization and managing a team of people.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, transportation, and order management.
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
