Lead Our Nordic Ski Area Team

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the operations of our Nordic ski area. As Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for guiding a team of 150 seasonal employees across seven departments, ensuring a world-class experience for our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Health & Safety/Risk Management:
  • Champion and promote all OHS company policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Ensure all team members have completed annual training and on-boarding, including OHS documentation.
Financial Management:
  • Monitor and expand existing revenue streams and seek new revenue avenues.
  • Manage operating costs, labour, and margin in all lines of business.
Operations Management:
  • Provide oversight and coordination of operations throughout the Nordic area to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate with operational support departments (Grooming, Snow Removal, F&B, Maintenance).

Requirements include:

  • 4+ years of relevant management experience in the ski industry.
  • Nordic skiing experience is an asset.
  • Valid BC Driver's License.
  • Season pass(es) for immediate family (including partner and children).
  • Retail and Food discounts.
