Lead Our Nordic Ski Area Team

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the operations of our Nordic ski area, ensuring a world-class experience for our guests. As Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for guiding a team of 150 seasonal employees across seven departments, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and promote our OHS policies, programs, and procedures, ensuring all team members complete annual training and onboarding.
  • Monitor and expand revenue streams, manage operating costs, and optimize labor and margin in all lines of business.
  • Provide oversight and coordination of operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and effective communication with support departments.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant management experience in the ski industry.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in MS Office and other computer systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and hold a valid BC Driver's License.
