As Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for guiding a team of 150 seasonal employees across seven departments, fostering a culture of excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion and promote our OHS policies, programs, and procedures, ensuring all team members complete annual training and onboarding.
- Monitor and expand revenue streams, manage operating costs, and optimize labor and margin in all lines of business.
- Provide oversight and coordination of operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and effective communication with support departments.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant management experience in the ski industry.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in MS Office and other computer systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and hold a valid BC Driver's License.
