Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Group Events

Position: Group Sales, Marketing & Events Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with the Groups, Marketing & Events Coordinator to ensure seamless operations.

· Manage bookings and coordinate schedules for group arrivals, lesson timings, rentals, meals, and other specific needs.

· Provide essential information to various departments including Rental, Food & Beverage, and Ski School as required.

· Conduct follow-up communications with clients post-visit to gather feedback and maintain relationships.

· Create and distribute information sheets and packages tailored for group needs.

· Compile and analyze sales data related to lessons, rentals, and tickets for groups and events.

· Prepare and review group invoices with clients to ensure accuracy.

· Manage collections for overdue accounts professionally.

· Engage in public relations efforts and host media representatives during their visits.

· Organize and lead Familiarization tours at the resort.

· Assist the Calgary Office with information for press releases.

· Oversee general website administration, including daily updates of photos, snow reports, and event listings.

Candidate Profile:

· Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities and can thrive in high-pressure situations.

· Capable of processing and utilizing large volumes of information effectively.

· Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

· Willingness to assist across various business areas as needed.

· Possesses accountability and exceptional teamwork and communication skills, including proficiency in professional writing.

· Able to prioritize tasks based on daily operational demands.
