Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and uphold a strategic business plan, oversee major accounts, and stimulate sales growth through the acquisition of new clients.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for designated accounts and pinpoint sales prospects within your designated territory.
  • Design and execute annual sales strategies utilizing CRM platforms and account management techniques.
  • Oversee proposal submissions, gather client feedback, and engage in competitive bidding strategies.
  • Participate in sales meetings, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure prompt follow-up on sales leads.
  • Maintain CRM databases, submit activity reports, and contribute to sales strategy initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in a technical discipline, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Electrical Sales with a demonstrated history of achievement.
  • Proven expertise in sales within the Electrical Wholesale sector is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industrial markets and OEM sectors.
  • Self-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
