Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college diploma or a non-university certificate program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and prepare production and operational reports.
  • Supervise team members and manage various projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities effectively.
  • Recruit, hire, and conduct related staffing processes.
  • Facilitate training sessions or arrange for employee training.
  • Estimate costs and required materials for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Lead and instruct team members to achieve project goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Oversee a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
