Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely, precise, and courteous assistance to our clients and policyholders.
- Address general inquiries related to billing matters.
- Assess the status of insurance policies.
- Modify banking information as required.
- Evaluate and adjust payment plans.
- Facilitate credit card transactions and ensure they are recorded in the policy management system.
- Capable of handling a high volume of incoming calls.
- Manage and resolve client issues with professionalism.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client communications within the policy management system.
- Follow established communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center or accounts receivable setting.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with a proven ability to think logically and accurately.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
