Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Growth:

  1. Formulate and execute strategic account plans aimed at achieving sales goals and fostering growth across Canada.
  2. Identify and pursue new business avenues within current accounts and prospective clients.
  3. Lead the sales cycle, encompassing proposal creation, negotiations, and contract completion.

Client Relationship Development:

  1. Establish and sustain robust, long-term relationships with key clients nationwide.
  2. Act as the primary liaison for strategic accounts.
  3. Comprehend client requirements and objectives, devising customized solutions to address those needs.

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

  1. Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the effective delivery of services and solutions.
  2. Align account strategies with overarching business goals and market dynamics.
  3. Monitor and evaluate account performance, applying strategies to enhance growth and profitability.

Financial Oversight:

  1. Manage account budgets to ensure financial targets are achieved or surpassed.
  2. Prepare and present financial summaries to senior leadership and clients.
  3. Analyze market trends and financial data to inform strategic business decisions.

Market Research and Insights:

  1. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes across Canada.
  2. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on comprehensive market analysis.
  3. Engage in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance Aramark's visibility and reputation.

Client Satisfaction and Retention:

  1. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction are consistently met.
  2. Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  3. Implement mechanisms for client feedback to continually enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  2. 7-10 years of experience in strategic account management and business development, ideally within the business and industry sector.
  3. Proven success in driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
  4. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget oversight.
  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  6. Capacity to think strategically and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  8. Willingness to travel as necessary.
