About This Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Strategic Partner Development Manager to join our growing Business team. You will play a crucial role in acquiring and nurturing strategic partnerships within the US market, driving revenue growth and expanding Rapyuta Robotics' reach.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential partners such as System Integrators, WMS providers, and Warehouse equipment vendors.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy to build a thriving ecosystem of collaborators.
- Engage with prospective partners, building strong relationships and identifying mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
- Plan and implement joint marketing initiatives, lead generation campaigns, and co-branding exercises to drive market awareness and sales.
- Nurture existing partner relationships through regular communication, performance tracking, and value-added support.
- Utilize CRM tools (such as Hubspot) to manage partner leads, track progress, and analyze key performance indicators.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in partnerships, sales, or marketing within the technology industry.
- Strong analytical and research skills with a demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate potential partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth through strategic partnerships.
