About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Management Delivery Leader to join our team at The Co-operators Group Limited. As a key member of our Enterprise Transformation Office, you will be responsible for establishing a new enterprise project management delivery team and overseeing the execution of projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise project management strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of project and delivery resources to execute on complex business changes and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Partner with business units to match business needs with project management resources and build a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement standardized methodologies, procedures, and processes to optimize project management capabilities.
  • Provide coaching, direction, and feedback to project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and engage your project management team to deliver strategic objectives through effective coaching and mentoring.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive Project Management experience, including experience in developing and implementing PM standardized methodologies, procedures, and processes.
  • Completed a degree in Business or a related field.
  • Hold or be pursuing a Project Management Professional certification.
  • Extensive project management execution experience, directing large and complex programs across business and technology.
  • Strong knowledge of key concepts of financial management, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Mastery of different project management frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.
  • Experience working in the financial services sector and skilled at navigating regulatory and compliance impacts in project management.
  • Experienced people leader, well-skilled in guiding teams to deliver and operate innovatively in an engaged environment.
