Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Contract Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Cost Control: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and minimize risk.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication: Foster open and transparent communication with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a construction-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of direct project management experience in high-rise/ICI construction.
  • Skills: Proven track record of successful project delivery, excellent communication and leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures.
  • Certifications: PMP certification and/or Gold Seal certification.
