Position Overview:
As a pivotal leader in our Impact Assessment division, ERM is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Partner in Capital Project Delivery - Mining Sector. This position is designed for an individual with a robust background in consulting and business development, particularly within the mining industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by developing and maintaining strategic client relationships in the mining sector.
- Lead the delivery of comprehensive consulting services focused on environmental and social impact assessments.
- Oversee the preparation of regulatory strategies and manage the execution of impact assessments and permitting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in capital project delivery and impact assessment, specifically within the mining sector.
- Strong understanding of federal and provincial regulations related to mining project development.
- Proven track record of achieving significant sales results and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including Indigenous communities.
