Dual Clinic Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Medicentres Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual Clinic Manager to oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of our clinics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, leading, and communicating new initiatives and programs to staff and physicians. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high-quality patient care, while also driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinic operations, including patient flow, staff supervision, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to identifying and responding to issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage clinic finances, including labor, supplies, and EBITDA.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of clinic experience, with 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong customer service focus, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and travel between sites.
- Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with the Health Information Act guidelines.
