Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of clinical operations professionals to deliver high-quality clinical trials
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure successful trial execution
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical operations, with a focus on management and leadership
- Advanced knowledge of clinical trials monitoring, including remote and onsite monitoring
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
