Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Canada. As a key member of our Clinical Operations department, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of clinical operations professionals to deliver high-quality clinical trials from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of clinical operations professionals to deliver high-quality clinical trials
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical trials
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with clinical trials
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure successful trial execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical operations, with a focus on management and leadership
  • Advanced knowledge of clinical trials monitoring, including remote and onsite monitoring
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
