Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the operations of two clinics, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, patient retention, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of medical and non-medical staff, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to support high-quality patient care and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage clinic finances, including labor, supplies, and EBITDA.
- Develop and implement business development programs and initiatives to support clinic growth.

- 5-7 years of experience in a healthcare clinic setting, with 3 years of management experience.
