Job PurposeThe Dual Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of two clinics within our network. This includes leading new initiatives, managing staff effectively, and ensuring high-quality patient care is consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Management: Achieve established performance goals for both clinics, driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor medical and non-medical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Financial Oversight: Manage clinic finances and supplies effectively, ensuring responsible resource allocation and cost control.
- Patient Focus: Engage with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead and implement strategic initiatives to enhance clinic operations, improve patient outcomes, and contribute to the overall success of Medicentres Canada Inc.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 5-7 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- 3 years of proven management experience within healthcare operations.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
This role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. The position involves travel between clinic locations within our network.
