Medicentres Canada Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual Clinic Manager to oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of our clinics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, leading, and communicating new initiatives and programs to staff and physicians. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high-quality patient care, while also driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinic operations, including patient flow, staff supervision, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and overall clinic performance.
- Collaborate with physicians, patients, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of clinic operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage clinic finances, including labor, supplies, and EBITDA.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of clinic experience, with 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of success in managing clinic operations, improving patient satisfaction, and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adjust schedules as needed.
- Ability to travel between sites, as required.
