Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate performance, and make strategic decisions to drive business growth.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver excellent patient care.
- Budgeting and Finance: Plan and control budget and expenditures, review budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain high standards of patient care, and promote a culture of safety and quality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a medical setting.
