Office Administration Specialist

The Administrative Coordinator at X-Axis Solutions plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our office operations. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in administrative tasks and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
- Implement and assess new administrative processes to improve workflow.
- Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
- Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Manage administrative functions of the organization.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Provide training and guidance to staff members.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative protocols.
- Address and resolve conflict situations as they arise.
- Plan and monitor budget and expenditures.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Fast-paced setting with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing a large workload.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated flexibility and organizational skills.
- Reliable and capable of multitasking.
- Effective time management skills and a team-oriented mindset.
