Position Overview

The Administrative Coordinator at X-Axis Solutions plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our office operations. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in administrative tasks and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and assess new administrative processes to improve workflow.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support personnel.
  • Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage administrative functions of the organization.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff members.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative protocols.
  • Address and resolve conflict situations as they arise.
  • Plan and monitor budget and expenditures.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced setting with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing a large workload.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
