Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Conference Centre Festival. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets and Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Coordinate Services: Arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
  • Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payment for services.
  • Supervise and Assist: Supervise and assist cleaning staff as needed, and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Supervision

You will supervise a team of 3-4 people.
