About the Role

As a Logistics and Distribution Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies across our multi-site operation. You'll be responsible for organizing, prioritizing, and managing inventory, as well as transporting goods to various departments and locations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage internal requisitions from multiple sites and departments, meticulously maintaining records through paperwork and data entry into our computerized system. This includes tracking inventory levels, requisitions, and pick lists.
  • Maintain the cart top-up system by diligently checking supply levels against pre-established quotas. You'll enter requisition data into our systems when re-order points are reached and replenish carts or trolleys as needed.
  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming goods and materials, ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Efficiently transport and deliver materials to various departments and locations, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in inventory management and logistics is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
