We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Comox Fireplace and Patio. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, store, and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Warehouse Operations: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Certifications: Forklift Operator Certification and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computerized inventory control systems.
