Your Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Client Care Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will ensure that our clients, their families, and healthcare professionals receive an outstanding customer experience. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming environment and providing attentive service, while also streamlining internal processes and collaborating with team members.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing Customer Experience. You will greet and assist clients and visitors, managing phone and email communications with a friendly demeanor.
  • Team Collaboration. You will work alongside Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to oversee client order administration, including processing payments and managing billing.
  • Coordination. You will ensure that all details regarding timing, information, and expectations are clear and communicated effectively. Following up with clients to confirm the accuracy of paperwork will also be part of your role.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience. You have a background in a fast-paced office or customer service environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a knack for learning new software are essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills. You enjoy building relationships and have the ability to communicate professionally and flexibly, responding to inquiries with empathy and compassion.
  • Additional Requirements. A clean criminal background check and bondability are necessary for this position.
